From AI compliance platforms to blockchain infrastructure to community cinema — the things I've built, led, and shipped over 20+ years.
NuComply is an LLM-powered compliance operating system for community and regional banks, built at NuArca from zero. It started as a RAG-based regulatory intelligence system — giving compliance officers instant access to regulatory guidance — and is evolving into a full Agentic AI Compliance Operating System.
The agentic architecture includes an orchestrator layer that coordinates compliance workflows, and a suite of task-specific compliance AI agents: BSA/SAR Review, Flood Certificate Review, TILA/RESPA Testing, KYC/CIP, Regulatory Change Monitoring, Policy & Procedure Management, Risk Assessment, Complaints Handling, HMDA Edits, and more. Legacy software replacement agents handle complete business processes — Mortgage Origination, Deposit Account Opening, Exam Prep.
Named Best-of-Breed in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for Regulatory Intelligence Solutions in 2025 — the leading analyst recognition in financial risk technology. American Bankers Association partner.
The first-ever blockchain-based proxy voting platform for institutional shareholders, built in partnership with AST Financial. Started from nothing and scaled to over 10 million shareholders per year across the Americas — used by 40% of the largest U.S. mutual funds.
Blockchain provides an immutable, auditable record of each shareholder's vote — addressing a longstanding trust and transparency problem in capital markets proxy infrastructure.
