Building AI-native compliance software for financial services.
20+ years at the intersection of regulation, risk, and emerging technology — from CRA and HMDA compliance to enterprise GRC to LLM-powered agentic systems. Currently leading product at NuArca, where we shipped the first AI Compliance OS for community banks.
At NuArca, I co-founded and lead product for NuComply — an LLM-powered compliance operating system for community banks. From zero to nine live customers and $200K ARR in just over a year, with Chartis RiskTech Best-of-Breed recognition and an American Bankers Association partnership.
We're now evolving NuComply into a full Agentic AI Compliance OS: orchestrator agents that coordinate compliance workflows, task-specific agents handling BSA/SAR review, flood certification, KYC/CIP, TILA/RESPA testing, HMDA edits, and policy management. The long-term vision is replacing the fragmented legacy compliance stack with a unified, AI-native platform.

I serve on the board of the West Newton Cinema Foundation, a nonprofit that acquired and operates one of the oldest independent cinemas in Massachusetts. I lead the programming committee — curating panel discussions, director spotlights, and community events. We helped secure a $5.2M anonymous donation for the theater acquisition and drove 50% ticket sales growth in our first year as a nonprofit.
